He was predeceased by: his wife Billie Jean Babb; his parents, Charley Lafayette Babb and Ruthia Mae French Babb; and his half-brother James Orr Harris. He is survived by: his children, Brenda J. Smith of Drummonds, TN, Lynda Rook (Mickey) of Memphis, Lori Glessing of West Memphis, AR, Bryan Keith Babb (Lisa) of Covington, TN, Darriell Babb of Millington, TN and Joe Babb of Millington, TN. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
