He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph Tyson Wilkins, Jr., Sara Elizabeth Ellis, Louise Anderson and Dot Fraley. He is survived by: his wife Peggie; his children, Debbie Whitfield of Brooksville, MS., Bill Wilkins, Jr., Darryl Wilkins and Michael Wilkins of Iowa, LA.; and his brother T. J. Wilkins of Brooksville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
