He is survived by: his children, Jim Palmer (Karen) of Brooklyn and Mary Ann Hayes (Frank) of Brooklyn; and his grandchildren, Tia Morris of Brooklyn, Rob Palmer (Stacey) of Brooklyn, Britni Palmer of Petal, Melanie Fortner (Craig) of Perkinston and Mendy Lott of Brooklyn.
