He is survived by: his wife Patti Perkins of Brooklyn; his children, Anthony Perkins (Devita) of Carnes, Michael Perkins (Terri) of Semmes, AL, Regina Perkins of Mobile, AL, William Perkins of Brooklyn and Jennifer Perkins (Stormy Reid) of Brooklyn; and his grandchildren, Aaron Perkins (Kayle), Thomas McCardle (Paula), Ken Hearn (Brittney), Allee Perkins, Vanessa Perkins and Kara Perkins. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
