He was predeceased by: his parents, Columbus Burnell and Erette Breland; his daughter Montressia Owens; and his granddaughter Whittney Fairley. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Bond Breland; his daughters, Lori Fairley and Sabrina Morse; and his sister Fern Fillingane. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
