Paulette Hoffman wrote a sympathy message

“My dear Jo Ann, a better friend I could not find in life. I met you in line at FCAHS when we were Sophomores. You wanted to help the new girl and you never stopped. You visited me with my firstborn in Jackson and the rest of our life intertwined with great joy and a few heartbreaks. You were a Supermom to your sons. As we pay tribute at this time, Heaven is a delightful place with you there. Hug my Ken for me. Love you Jo Ann.”
