He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Lee Rayborn and Minnie Jones Rayborn; his wife Doris Nettles; his brothers, Harvey Lee Rayborn and Bobby Jean Rayborn; and his grandsons, Shannon William Lee Peavy, Rex Daniel Weathersby, Jr. and Joey Howington.
He is survived by: his children, John William Rayborn, Cathy Phillips, Judy French and Debi Hambright; and his brother Stanley Rayborn. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
