He was predeceased by: his wife Melba Caughman Tadlock; his son James Michael Tadlock; and his siblings, Willoudean Tadlock Young and Willie G. Tadlock. He is survived by: his brother James A. Tadlock (Mignonne) of Perkins, OK; his children, Sidney L. Tadlock (Patty) of Brookhaven, Tommy G. Tadlock (Felicia) of Brookhaven and Susan Tadlock Williams (Paul Knight) of Walla Walla; his grandchildren, Michael Tadlock (Courtney), Rob Tadlock (Annaclaire), Stacie T. Yount (Bart) and Kelly T. Brown (Todd); and his great grandchildren, Ben Chandler, Tucker Brown, Ansley Brown, Owen Yount, Sydney Yount and Emmie Grace Tadlock.
