He is survived by: his mother Wanda Gibson Locke (Kevin); his daughter Allie Grace McNeill; his father Doug McNeill (Joyce); his aunts and uncles, Jerry Quinnelly, Carolyn Hearn and Sherry Cameron; and his friend Neubern Atkinson. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
