She is survived by: her children, Gage Cook, Casey Vanderslice and Hanna Hux (Chris); her brother Kenny Cantrell (Kayla); her brother-in-law McCullough; her sisters, Joyce Thomas and Carolyn Laird (Dwaine); and her granddaughter Kali Gail Cook. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
