He is survived by: his parents, Danny Case and Nancy Juanita Thomas Lambert; his wife Ashley Nicole Martin Thomas; his daughters, Kaycee Thomas, Rorie Thomas and Ashlynn Thomas (Boosie); his brothers, James Thomas, Wade Lambert, Curtis Lambert, Jimbo Case and Dannyboy Case; and his grandchild Addison Ratcliff. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
