He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Havard and Ruth Turner Havard. He is survived by: his wife Delores Nettles Havard; his daughters, Anna Dawson and Katy Cowart (Mike); his sister Connie Havard Nettles (late William Nettles); and his close friend Rikki Rutland. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Deaconess Hospice of Brookhaven.
