He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Laird; his children, Brandie Laird Garner (Channing) and Robert Hugh Laird, Jr. (Jane); his siblings, Charles Davis, James Birdsong, Cathy Pace and Vickie Laird; and his grandchildren, Brady Garner, Bryleigh Garner, Liza Jane Laird, Eric Swarts and Eli Swarts. He is also survived by other loving family members, friends and his faith family.
