Higgins of Mendenhall, MS and Alexis Phillips of Magee, MS; her parents, James Runnels of Florence, MS and Renay Lofton Graves of Brookhaven, MS; her grandchildren, Charliegh Burton, Kaisley Prestenbach, Khloe Higgins, Gatlin Tanner and Skyler Higgins; her sisters, Ashley Millis, Sheena Millis and Pam Plunk; and her aunt Vickie Stowers of Vidalia. She is also survived by her family and friends.
