He is survived by: his wife Anne Summers; his children, Plez William Summers III and Stephanie Summers Hargett; his sister Dolly Summers Dawkins; his grandchildren, Haley Hargett Williams (Micah), Jordan Nations, Josie Summers and Annabelle Summers; his niece Julie Dawkins Wardlaw (Russ); his daughters, Mary Evins, Maggie and Addie; his nephew Lee Dawkins (Trudy); and his children, Carly and Colton.
