She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Foster and Lillie Lewis Foster; her husband Woodrow Hanshew; her son Jackie Hanshew; and her sisters, Limmie Bee Herring and Louise Carlisle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirlene H. Stephens (Jimmy), Janice Smith and Patricia Davis (Benny); and her daughter-in-law Janet Hanshew. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
