He is survived by: his mother Shirley Case Freeman; his siblings, Danny Mitchell Smith (Paula), Mark Kevin Smith (Anita), Robert Bryan Smith, James Earl Mason, Mitchell Hugh Smith, Justin Lee Smith, Deborah Sue Alexander (Doyle), Christine Crawford (Jack) and Della Thomas; and his close friend Jennifer. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
