She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Mac and Beatrice Elizabeth Swan Young; her husband Marley Wayne Scott; her grandson Scott Brister; and her siblings, Naomi Young, Joann Dickerson, Betty Owens, Shelby Young and Leonard Young.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Scott Brister of Brookhaven, MS; her grandson Jeff Brister (Beth) of Brookhaven, MS; her great grandchildren, Samuel Brister (Felicity) and Brandie Cain (David); her great great grandchildren, Gabriel Dehart, Nicholi Cain, Natalie Cain, Keagan Glenn Brister, Ainsley Brister and Emmitt Scott Brister; and her siblings, Abby Jean Thompson of Memphis, TN, Archie Calvin Young (Carol) of Madison, AL and Michael Bruce Young of Georgetown, MS. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
