He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rev. Billy Ted Fuller and Jeanette Rutland Fuller; his brother Timothy Paul Fuller; his grandparents, Ernest, Mandy Rutland, Rev. Morris and Lois Fuller; his wife Dawn Hampton Fuller; his daughters, Jadeyn Marie Fuller and Jenna Grace Fuller; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie (John McCaslin), Debbie (Reubin Matthews), Vicki (Gary Hughes) and Heather Fuller Edwards.

August 3, 2020 at Charity Baptist Chuch with burial at Bethel Temple Cemetery.
