She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jimmie" Cook; and her son Ronald Wayne "Ron" Cook. She is survived by: her children, Richard Cook (Cathy) of Mansura, LA, Colleen Clements (Dean) of Brookhaven, MS and Jimminette Phillips (David) of Brookhaven, MS; and her siblings, James Shirley of Baton Rouge, MS, Delores Bennett of Denham Springs, LA and Catherine Middleton of Terry, MS.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 3 great, great grandchildren as well as other loving family members and friends.
