She was predeceased by: her husband Clifton Leonard; her parents, James C. Nettles and May Pate Nettles; and her brother James K. Nettles. She is survived by: her children, Leonard and Nelda Leonard Perry; and her granddaughter Alice Perry. She is also survived by other loving family members, friends, and her faith family.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Brookway Baptist Church (300 Hartman St, Brookhaven, MS 39601).
