She is survived by: her parents, Brady Michael Kepper and Cassidy Ryan Phelan Kepper; her grandparents, Andy, Lisa Kepper, Joel and Shania Phelan; her uncles, Drew Kepper, Payton Kepper and Carson Phelan; and her great-grandparents, Jerry Kepper, Laverne Phelan and Rita Turner. She is also survived by other cousins and family.
