He was predeceased by: his former wife Debbie Smith Fugler. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Gayle Fugler; his daughters, Grace Pickering and Pamela Samson (Kenneth); his brother Gary Fugler (Stephanie); and his grandson Kenneth Charles Samson, Jr..
