He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Rutland Strong of Brookhaven, MS; his children, James Alan Letchworth and Angela Letchworth; his grandchildren, Zachary Lee Letchworth (Megan), Joseph Alan Letchworth, Mary Beth Howington, Lindsay Marie Perry and Synthia Marie Letchworth; and his great grandchildren, Axel Lee Letchworth, Grayson Howington, AvaMarie Carmyne Rutland, Alakai Grace Lambert and Paisley Jane Thompson.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Divide Methodist Protestant Church (8 Divide Rd, Monticello, MS 39654).
