He is survived by: his children, Anthony Evans (Joyce) and Jody Evans (Tammie); his siblings, Joey Evans (Bobbie) and Kathy Evans Alpe; his granddaughters, Amanda Evans and Anna Evans Atkinson; his great grandchildren, Isabella Ferguson, Ava Leigh Ingram, A. J. Ingram and Atleigh Atkinson; his niece Adrienne Evans; his nephew Phillip Townsend (Yen); and his close friends, Freddie, Rita Gorenflo, Tommy and Amy Tullos.
