She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Bailey and Ruby Lee Hayes Bailey; her spouse Charlie Lee Smith; her grandson Jeremy Smith; and her sisters, Ernestine Smith and Betty Jo Norton.
She is survived by: her sons, Charlie Lee Smith, Buddy Smith and Steve Smith; her sister Alvie Smith; and her grandchildren, LaDonna Carollo, Kirk Smith, Ashley Smith and Shay Smith. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
