It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Hemby of Brookhaven, Mississippi, who passed away on May 4, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, WJ Hemby and Willie Bell Hemby; his sister Virginia Davis; and his nephew Billy Davis. He is survived by: his wife Fannie Mae Hemby; his children, Phillip Ray Hemby (Donna), Virginia Grubb (Skip) and Melissa Barrios (Frank); and his grandson Matthew Jackson (Katie). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends, as well as his faith family.
