He is survived by: his wife Jewell Pickering; his children, Sandy Smith, Ronnie Pickering, Brenda Simmons (Lamar) and Debbie Barfoot; his brother Gene Pickering; and his grandchildren, Brad Davis, Mandy Smith, Lane Pickering, Jamie Barfoot, Dusty Davis, Brandi Jenkins, Ronnie Pickering, Jr. and Evan Pickering. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
