He was predeceased by: his father Henry Allen Stafford, Sr.; his grandparents, Henry Ilas Stafford, Christina Waldrop Stafford, Maurice Joseph Tassin and Marie Gonzales Tassin; his father-in-law Whitney "Buddy" Trosclair, Jr.; and his sister Carol Ann Stafford.
He is survived by: his mother Florence Carolyn Tassin Stafford; his wife Jo Lynn Trosclair Stafford; his sons, Henry Stafford III and Sylvester Stafford (Amelia Hebert); his siblings, S. Wayne Stafford, Thomas J. Gianelloni, Donna Stafford Fisher (Mike) and Haley Stafford; his mother-in-law Jo Ann Trosclair; and his brothers-in-law, Whitney S. Trosclair III (Melissa), Armond Lindsey, Jeff Meaux and Austin Meaux.
