He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Williams and Lida May Williams; his wife Bertha Weir Williams; and his siblings, Frances Williams Thomas and Carmen Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Gloria Williams Ratliff (Larry) of Brookhaven, MS; his sister Lucille Williams Everett (John) of Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Easter Williams of Pearl, MS; his grandchildren, Kelly Ratliff (Christy) and Brian Ratliff (Kim); his great grandchildren, Piker Ratliff, Will Ratliff, Sam Ratliff and Lauren Smith; his nieces and nephews, Kay Crenshaw, Jo Carmen Burch, Diane Johnson, Johnny Everett, Sammy Williams, Terry Williams and Jerry Williams; his close friend Mary Ann Lewis; and also, Jane Scott, Bruce Scott, Alicia Williams, Sandra Chesser, Georgiana Lowery and Collette Sanford (Chad).
