He was predeceased by: his parents, George Upton and Frances Upton. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cotten Upton; his brother Dennis Upton (Margaret); his children, Chris Douglas (Rick), George III (Kristy) and Valerie Naquin (Sam); his stepdaughters, Kipp Ready (Jeff) and Lindie Rayborn; his grandchildren, Kyle Taylor, Jack Douglas, Sarah Frances Douglas, Ben Naquin and Tess Naquin; his stepgrandchildren, Trevor Freeman (Marlee), Delanie Miller and Holden Miller; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Vaeda Freeman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brookhaven Funeral Home (894 Natchez Dr NE, Brookhaven, MS 39601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at the Easthaven Cemetery.
