He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dewey Butler, Sr. and Mary Audelle Hampton Butler; and his brother Lynn "Cowboy" Butler. He is survived by: his wife Jayedean Craig Butler; his sons, Josh Butler (Lara) and Jayson Butler; and his sister Linda Butler West.
