He was predeceased by: his parents, Delma Thornhill and Edna McNease; his grandparents, Walter, Janie McNease, Paul Lee and Buena Mae Thornhill; his uncle David McNease; his aunts, Christine McNease and Myrtle Barnett; and his father-in-law Oliver Ashley.
He is survived by: his wife Karole Ashley Thornhill; his daughters, Dana Stone (Jason) and Megan Thornhill; his grandchildren, Emily "Em" and Caleb; his sister Belinda Thornhill; his niece Carlie Davis (Caleb); his great-nieces, Aubrey and Kinsley Davis; his mother-in-law Kathleen Ashley; and his sister-in-law Ronda Ashley. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
