In the vast expanse of eternity, Frances Moak shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Frances Moak farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Tom Cole; her grandson Landon Cole; and her parents, Landal Otte (Brenda Moak) and Dorothy "Dotty" Otte.
