He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulice Pelas and Gloria Pelas. He is survived by: his wife Blackmon Pelas; his daughter Jeannine Pelas Richardson (Ronnie Richardson); his sister Charlene Pelas Armstrong; his grandson Buddy Richardson (Chassity Broughton Richardson); and his great grandchildren, Alyssa Richardson and Mackenzie Richardson. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
