He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Johnson and Fredna Johnson; and his siblings, Marjorie Ellen Hart, Glen K. Johnson and Ronnie Dale Johnson.
He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Johnson Cox. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as cousins and other loving family members and friends.
