He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Luke Lea and Moreta Haley Lea; his stepmother Tawanda Lea; and his grandparents, Denver Lea Sr., Bessie Case Lea Rushing, Walter and Theodosia Haley.
He is survived by: his son Sean E. Lea (Heaven); his grandchildren, Jordan Lea Derrick, Emily Derrick, Jakob Lea, Tucker Lea and Presley Case; and his siblings, Clarence Wilton Lea and Barbara Jean Lea Campbell.
