She was predeceased by: her father Gerald "Jerry" Crosby; and her grandparents, Floyd, Bertha "Bertie" Lenard, Henry and Maude Crosby.

She is survived by: her mother Mary Lenard Crosby; her sons, Matthew Elkins (Kristin) and Myles Elkins; her brother Ricky Crosby (Lisa); her nephews, Lucas Crosby and Colton Welch; and her niece Julianna Crosby. She is also survived by cousins, friends and other loving family members.
