He was predeceased by: his father George King; his wife Lucy Case King; and his sisters, Mildred Turner, Hilda Mae Hedgepeth, Cloyce Neely and Walene Lambert.
He is survived by: his children, Cathey Ferguson (Ricky), Scott King (Sharon), Chris King (Lydia) and Cindy Mord (Conrad); his grandchildren, Seth Ferguson, Tye Ferguson (Soon), Kala Bradley (Dalton), Brittany Williams (Jeff), Brooke Morse (Jacob), Carlie Smith, Lindi Smith (Coby) and Sarah Beth King; his brother Ward; and his caregivers, Catherine Ainsworth, Phyllis Francis, Lisa Brown, Connie Cade, Lucy and Charlie. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Macedonia Baptist Church in Brookhaven or Tylertown Baptist Church Elevator Fund.
