She was predeceased by: her parents, Maley Vernon Rice and Lydia Lucille Woodward Rice; and her daughter Hattie Rose Elliott. She is survived by: her close friend James; her daughters, Meg Nordberg (Richard) and Amanda Warren (Brooks); her grandchildren, Elliott Warren (Molly), Lydia McLaughlin (Glenn) and Maley Nordberg; and her great grandchildren, Anne Warren and Ellie James McLaughlin.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations be made to Faith Presbyterian Church mission fund.
