He is survived by: his wife Margie Lynn Culpepper; his mother Cheryl Ann Culpepper Hart; his sons, Bailey Blaine Culpepper, Cody Brian Culpepper and Bobby Darrell Mobbs; his siblings, Jamie Edward Culpepper and Kelli Leanne Culpepper Smith; and his granddaughters, Sophia Culpepper and Serena Rose Mobbs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
