Johnston; her daughters, Katie (Baine Adams) and Stacie (Robert Kornegay); her grandchildren, Trace (Jodie Adams), Rob (Jackie Kornegay), Brian (Shauna Kornegay), Josh (Josie Adams) and Lea Ellen; and her great grandchildren, Will, Tyler Adams, Bryant, Grayson, Kornegay, Mason, Charlotte Kornegay and Noah Richardson. She is also survived by animals, especially cats and dogs.
