He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Rushing and Elma Lee Smith Rushing; his siblings, Hilton Rushing and Irene Brown (Hulon); his brother-in-law Cecil Seay; and his nephew Mike Seay.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Ellen Seay and Millard Rushing (Myra); and his nieces and nephews, Curtis (Dee Dee Seay), Ronald (Cindy Rushing), Regina (Versey Hall), Tish (Buddy Russell), Becky (Doug Calcote), Penni (Jim Tilton), Perri Brown, Donna (Jimmie King) and Nick Rushing.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the West Lincoln Booster Club, 948 Jackson-Liberty Drive SW, Brookhaven, MS 39601 To plant Memorial Trees in memory of.
