She was predeceased by: her parents, Theda Carlisle Brister and Lucius Bernard Brister. She is survived by: her daughters, Randi Laird (Micheal) of Brookhaven, Sarah LaRue of Brookhaven and Cecily Ethridge (Rickey) of Brookhaven; her grandchildren, Cadence, Amelia, Maddie Laird, Tripp and Rory Ethridge; and her siblings, Steve Brister (Sue), Luke Brister (Mary) and Cathy Ivy (Danny). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Amy had a passion for helping all children, so in lieu of flowers, she would prefer a donation to Garaywa Camp and Conference Center or St. Jude.
