With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Agnes Lanell Burt Williams (Brookhaven, Mississippi), who passed away on February 18, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne B. Williams; her son Sidney Wayne Williams; and her siblings, Hoover Burt, Julius Burt, Inez Thornhill and Opal Burt.
She is survived by: her children, Lester O. Williams (Deborah) and Beverly W. Wise (Reginald, Velma W.); her siblings, Roffie Burt (Joyce), Sandra Ratcliff, Barbara McCracken and Hilda Penner; and her grandchildren, Melissa Wise Philley, Matthew E. Wise, Mitchell W. Wise, Clint Estess, Justin R. Estess, Hannah Estess LaPorte, Caleb S. Williams, Courtney Williams Fetcko and Cassie Maude Williams. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
