He was predeceased by: his father Sheppard Nichelson; and his siblings, Lavonia Harrison, Charles Nichelson and Harold Nichelson. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Nichelson of Braxton; his children, Tony Nichelson of Lucedale, Curt Cooley (April) of Florence, Chris Nichelson (Lindsey) of Florence and Kelly Nichole Woods of Florence; and his siblings, Richard Nichelson (Margie) of Lucedale, Edward Nichelson of Lucedale, Ann Dyer (Bruce) and Alice Hodges. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
