He is survived by: his children, James Wilson Thompson, Jr. (Rhonda) of Brandon, Douglas Eugene Thompson (Jaime) of Braxton, Mississippi and Tammy Lynn Thompson Watkins (Holly Booth); his grandchildren, Robyn Nichole Thompson Stevens (Chuck) of Puckett, Jessica Lynn Thompson (Dennis) of Brandon, Brandon Lee Thompson of Braxton, Ragan Nicole Thompson Owens (Peyton) of Harrisville, Kaylan Noel Watkins Ely (Lee Wess) of Purvis and Julieanna Nelley Watkins; his great grandchildren, Ella Nichole Stogner of Puckett, Elijah Scott Stogner of Puckett, Nathalie Lynn Thompson of Brandon, Brantlee Lee Thompson of Braxton, Cristiano Josiah Thompson of Brandon, Carter Laine Thompson of Braxton, Waylon Daniel Ely of Purvis and Malia Jane Ely of Purvis, Mississippi; and his siblings, Fred J. Thompson (Margaret) of Magnolia, David Lewis Thompson of D'Lo, Mississippi and Shirley Jean Thompson Little of Magee, Mississippi. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
