She was predeceased by: her parents, Fitzhugh Lee Carr, Sr. and Louella Carr (Davis); and her siblings, Tommy Lee Carr, Jr., Joe C. Carr, Oree Carr Robinson, Ocee Carr, Sadie M. Jones, Fitzhugh Lee Carr, Jr., William Ray Carr, Eloise Carr Quick and Robert J. Carr.
She is survived by: her spouse Willie C. Woodard; and her siblings, Murray C. Carr, Rozina C. Jones, Dessie Willridge of Pearl, Mississippi and Mary Margaret Rudolph. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
