He is survived by: his daughter Tara Beard Olmsted (Todd); his sister Maggie Jane Beard Greer; and his grandchildren, William Leighton Bristow (Cara), Benjamin Carson Bristow, Victoria Robbins Bristow, Todd Ralph Olmsted (Danielle) and Andrew Dylan Olmsted. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, 3 nieces, and 1 nephew.
