Sammons (Forrest), Willie Crenshaw, David Crenshaw (Sheila), Sissy Williams and Joe Crenshaw (Joan); her sister Martha Poelzl; her grandchildren, Anna Attkisson, Nick Attkisson, Christy Wells, Haley Hall, Emit Crenshaw, Brandy Crenshaw, David Crenshaw, Jr., Jessica Holeman, Michael Williams, Brandon Crenshaw and Drew Crenshaw; and her niece Beverly Keene. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
